Tips & Warnings
If you want to top the mocha with milk foam instead of whipped cream, add 2 more oz. milk and steam until it foams.
For a drink that is lower in fat and calories, omit whipped cream and substitute low-fat or nonfat milk.
Water is very hot when at a high pressure. Open valve on steam tube slowly.
Be careful when handling metal parts of the espresso machine after it has heated up.

You can put in pumpkin pie spice instead of chocolate for a pumpkin spice latte, or add cinnamon for a cinnamon cappuccino! Thanks for the article. -

I keep it sugar-free by using sugar free cocoa mix in place of the chocolate syrup. If you use fat free milk, it will foam up very nicely. If you like it creamy, use fat free evaporated milk, which, when very cold, can also be whipped and sweetened to resemble whipped cream. You can decorate the top with a small sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa powder. For a Christmasy treat, I like to add sugar free peppermint syrup and garnish with a sugarfree peppermint stick. It's a nice thing I can do for my diabetic husband.
