How to Remove an E-mail User on WebTV

You changed your mind and you don't want that user name on your e-mail account. Or maybe you don't want your children using the set by themselves anymore. Removing the user name is easy to do.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• WebTV
• Televisions

1. Sign on to WebTV with your subscriber name.

2. Click on Settings on the Home screen.

3. Click on Extra Users.

4. Click on Remove User.

5. Click on the box next to the name you want to delete.

6. Click on Remove.

7. Click on Remove again when the screen comes up saying it will permanently remove everything.

8. Click Done three times.

Tips & Warnings

• Be sure you have selected the correct name you want to delete. Once it's gone, you can't get it back.
