Instructions

    • 1

      Manually turn on the component you want to program.

    • 2

      Find the three-digit code numbers for the component brand.

    • 3

      Hold the Device key down until the green indicator light comes on.

    • 4

      Release the Device key. Within 30 seconds, enter in the three-digit code number. The light will flash when the right code has been entered.

    • 5

      Press the Power key. If the component turns off, you have found the right code.

Tips & Warnings

  • Follow the steps again for other devices. If the component doesn't turn off, redo the steps and use the next three-digit code on the list.

    what if the codes still dont work? I have a memorex tv, it provides several codes and none will work. I was able to program the vcr with no problem at all... but the tv-- GRRRRR!!!!
