on 2/10/2009 Take it from a "Hokey-Pokey" expert, I was a Hokey-Pokey song leader at different rinks over 3,000 times in my life. At the end of the Hokey-Pokey song when it says "Do-the-Hokey-Pokey" three times, you have to get on your knees like your worshiping bending toward the floor and sitting back up several times, all-the-while crazily wiggling your fingers and then clapping your hands on the floor as you bend. Doing this several times and quickly get back up again to finish the song with, "That's-what-its-all-about". And there is where you kick your right leg up and clap your hands underneath the leg as you kick. Also, someone forgot to add the most important body part..... your "whole self"!! Maybe Hokey-Pokey is "What-it's-all-about". "winsecrets@yahoo.com"

on 11/22/2005 Take the hula hoop around your hips. Swing the hula hoop around in a circle. Shake your hips in a small circle. Keep practicing for a few minutes at a time. In no time, you'll know how to hula hoop really well.
