When the work begins, so can the fun. As a group, you can complete bazaar items faster while enjoying companionship and an exchange of ideas and news.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Find a convenient location with a large work space and limited outside distractions.

  2. Step 2

Schedule a time convenient for most group members several months in advance of the bazaar. Allow several hours for each session - usually an entire morning, afternoon or evening.

  3. Step 3

Take patterns, materials and craft tools, and ask members to bring fabric and trim scraps, patterns or even their sewing boxes.

  4. Step 4

Set up workstations. Some articles can be made on an "assembly line."

  5. Step 5

Keep the atmosphere casual by providing background music if everyone wants it and refreshments set away from the work materials.

  6. Step 6

Schedule additional sessions as required. Ask for volunteers to take materials home and continue working on projects between workshops.
