Hide the ball, particularly on serves that you plan to play hard and low to the ground. Use your body as a shield before and as you drop the ball.

Take a stance in the service area that's perpendicular to your opponent to create some visual obstruction.

Drop the ball next to your front foot so it falls out of your opponent's field of vision for a split second.

Hit the ball when it's slightly ahead of you.

Change the angle of your racquet just before you hit the ball.

Stand in nearly the same spot every time you serve to prevent your opponent from picking up on serving tendencies.
Tips & Warnings
Hindrance may be called if the ball gets within 1-2 feet of you after serving.
Slight changes in racquet speed and angle as you make contact with the ball will help disguise your serve.
Taking a short or long step before serving the ball changes its direction.
