  • While you can upload any video you want, you cannot use copyrighted material without permission. The YouTube Copyright Center website notes that you, while you need permission to use copyrighted content in your YouTube videos, "The rights to any screen shots or footage of third party content on our site are not ours to grant. Additionally, there is no general public record of who owns the rights to particular works."
