How to Score in NHL 2011
"NHL 11" is a video game by EA Sports that is based on the 2010 to 2011 season of the NHL. To add even more realism to this realistic series, shooting the puck is done with the right analog stick. The added realism makes the game more challenging, but more compelling as well. Once you get a hold of the shooting controls, you will be scoring hat tricks on a nightly basis.

Skate towards the net with the puck.

Aim your shot using the left analog stick in a direction that the goalkeeper is not covering.

Shoot the puck. To slap shot the puck, hold the right analog stick away from the goal and swing the stick towards the goal. To wrist shot the puck, flick the analog stick towards the goal.
