Meet with representatives of Maxon either by phone or in person to discuss installation. Review the drawings of the cubicles and the space that they will occupy within the office.

Provide logistical information as to day, time and place for delivery of the cubicles. Be sure to have a company representative waiting to allow entrance and provide for any contingencies.
