How to Invite a Sim to Try on Clothes in 'The Sims 2'
The game "Sims 2" is a life simulator by developer EA. The player takes charge of one or more Sims, or simulated people. Sims are customizable in what they wear, how they look, and how they spend their time. Part of playing "Sims 2" revolves around buying clothes for a Sim. This doesn't have to be a solo activity for your Sim. You can invite another Sim to try on clothes with your Sim. It is even possible to invite a Sim into a changing room with you.

Enter your Sim's home. Click on the phone to use it. Click "Transportation." Indicate that you want to invite another Sim to a "public lot." A public lot is an area where Sims can congregate. Clothing stores are one example of a public lot. Click on the face of the Sim you want to invite to a public lot.

Exit your Sim's home and click on the taxi to enter it. Click on the clothing store to which you want to invite the other Sim. The taxi will take you there.

Click on a clothing rack. Select some clothing. Click "Try On" to make your Sim go into the changing room. Click on the other Sim, and click "Ask to join" to invite that Sim into the changing room with your Sim.
