How to Cut Brie
Brie is a well known French cheese that often accompanies a traditional French meal. Brie, a main staple of appetizer cheese plates, comes in a wheel that is cut in wedges like a cake and spread on bread or crackers. When cut, the soft cheese can be very sticky, but a little bit of hot water on the knife can help. Brie pairs well with champagne and both sweet and savory flavors. Does this Spark an idea?
