On the Verizon Wireless website, Verizon cellphone users can create an account and manage their account online. Users can change their cellphone plan, buy a new phone, pay their bill. Each user's Verizon account includes a Profile section that includes personal information, such as address and phone number, where users can change and update that information online.

Login to your Verizon Wireless account atwbillpay.verizonwireless.com/vzw/nos/topline.jsp. Click "Sign In," and then enter your user ID or phone number and password. Click "Sign In" to go to your account. If you do not have a Verizon Wireless account, click "Register."

Click "Change Billing Address" in the "Profile" column in the center of your account home page.

Enter your current billing address and then save changes to update your profile. Your current billing address should be the one used for the credit card that is used to pay your Verizon Wireless bill.
