How to Bring Up Google Talk in Chrome OS

Click the "New Tab" button at the top of the Chrome OS interface.

Click the "Google Talk" application icon.

Select a contact to initiate a text or video chat. The chat window will be visible at the bottom right of every tab in Chrome OS.
