Stamps.com software enables you to transfer an eBay order to Stamps.com through its proprietary interface. The technology will post shipping details such as the item's tracking number into eBay. You may also print the item's USPS shipping labels from within the interface and verify that you have the correct shipping information on hand.. Sign up for an account at Stamp.com if you have not already done so. Then, download, install and launch the Stamps.com application.

Connect the software to your eBay account. Click the "Batch" menu item and select "Manage." Choose "New" from within the "Manage Profile" dialog box. Then check "Web Store" and "eBay." Type the name of your store and your username into the "Add eBay" window and click "Next." Authorize linking your eBay account to Stamps.com by signing into your eBay account. Confirm your identity with a PIN if necessary and agree to the terms.

Define the eBay store's shipping profile options. Include a return address and a phone number if desired. Indicate if the item's postage cost should be hidden.

Click the "Refresh" button to view your eBay sale from within the Stamps.com application. You will see the order's information such as the sale's ID number, recipient and date.
