How to Adjust Margins in PowerPoint
Microsoft PowerPoint is the industry standard when it comes to creating slide-show presentations. If you are giving a presentation using PowerPoint, you may want to print a copy of the slides for your audience to follow and take notes on. To ensure the slides print correctly without being cropped or cut off, adjust the page margins.

Click "Start," "All Programs" and then click "Microsoft PowerPoint."

Click the "Microsoft Office" button in the upper-left of the window and select "Open."

Browse to the PowerPoint file of choice and click "Open."

Click "Design" from the top menu.

Click the "Page Setup" icon from the top-left of the screen.

Click "Margins."

Enter the desired height and width of the margins and click "OK."
