How to Reset WiFi on a VIZIO TV

You can reset your wireless Internet settings for a Vizio HDTV back to the factory defaults. This allows you to set up your Wi-Fi connection again from the Network settings menu. Resetting the connection is beneficial in some cases, like when you're having difficulty running any of the many Vizio Internet Apps widgets. Sometimes a clean reset of your wireless Internet helps improve the functionality and performance of these apps.
Press the "Power" button on your Vizio TV remote control.
Press the "Menu" button on the TV remote and then click "Help" from the on-screen menu.
Click the "Clear Memory (Factory Default)" option from the sub-menu. Enter the four-digit parent control code.
Press the "OK" button to reset your TV and network settings.
Warnings
Performing a factory default reset will return all settings back to the original settings, including settings for the TV's picture, audio, Internet and input devices. Only reset if you're willing to restore these settings manually.
