How to Upload to Walmart From iPhoto
The transition from 35 millimeter film to digital cameras and image files has also been accompanied by a change in the way we print photos. While many choose to print their own photos from a home computer and printer, stores that traditionally would develop 35 millimeter film have expanded their photo offerings to keep up with the times. Walmart, a popular retailer, allows users to upload photos from picture programs like iPhoto to their website. These photos can then be printed for a customer in-store and picked up, or delivered.

Launch iPhoto. Click "View."

Click "Show Thumbnails."

Press and hold the "Command" button (the one with the Apple logo), and click on each photo you wish to upload to Walmart's website.

Click "File" once all your photos are selected. Click "Export."

Click "Desktop" to export the photos to your computer's desktop. Click "New Folder" to create a new folder for them. When prompted, name the folder something recognizable, such as "My Prints" or "Walmart Photos." Click "Create" when finished to export the photos to your desktop.

Navigate to the Walmart homepage and click "Photo" on the left-hand side of the screen.

Click "Upload Photos" at the top of the screen.

Click "Create Account" if you have never before used the site and fill in your name and email address. Click "Register" when finished. If you already have an account, type your login information into the boxes instead and click "Sign In."

Click "I Agree" when the photo upload copyright statement appears on the screen. Click "Select Photos" on the next screen.

Click on the folder you exported your iPhoto images to in the dialog box that appears. Press the "Command" button and the "A" key at the same time to select all the photos. Then click "Open." Your photos will now be uploaded to the Walmart Photo Center.

Click "Order Prints" if you want Walmart to print the photos in-store for pickup. Click "Select All" on the next screen, then click "Add to Cart." Click "Proceed to Checkout" on the next screen. Choose whether you would like to pick the photos up in-store or have them delivered to complete the upload process.
