How to Make "The Predator" Vision in GIMP

"The Predator" is a science fiction action movie in which the alien's vision uses infrared to see heat sources. GIMP is a free graphic design program that allows you to edit and create graphics on your computer. Use the "Predator" special effects filter in GIMP program to apply an effect that turns your image into an infrared heat map, just like the Predator's vision in the movie.

Instructions

1. Launch the GIMP software.

2. Click "File," then click "Open" to browse your computer for the image you want to edit. Double-click the image to load it into GIMP.

3. Click "Filters," click "Artistic" and select "Predator" from the menu to open a window that allows you to adjust the settings of the filter.

4. Configure the filter by adjusting the amount sliders in the "Script Fu:Predator" window. Experiment with the settings until you get the effect you like.

5. Click the "OK" button to apply the filter to your image. Your image now looks like the Predator's vision from the movie.

6. Click "File," then click "Save" to save the changes to your image.
