How to Print a 12 by 12 in Photoshop
Printing images can be a trying endeavor, particularly if the image you are attempting to print is too large to fit on a standard letter-sized page. When you use Adobe Photoshop, however, you are working in a program meant for individuals in the printing industry, so unusual document printing is not difficult to manage. When you create a 12-by-12-inch image in Photoshop, you must make only minor adjustments to print the image at the correct scale.

Launch Photoshop.

Click "File" at the top of the window and then click "New."

Click the unit drop-down menus to the right of the "Width" and "Height" values and select "Inches" as the unit of measurement that you want to use.

Change the "Width" value to "12" and change the "Height" value to "12."

Click "OK" to create the document. Alternatively, if you already have an existing file that you want to print, click "File" and then click "Open." Browse to the file and double-click it to open it.

Add elements to your image using the toolbar at the left side of the window.

Click "File" at the top of the window when you are ready to print your image and then click "Print." This opens the "Print" window.

Insert paper into a printer that accommodates the dimensions of the image that you specified. If you do not have paper that can fit your image, check the box to the left of "Scale to Fit Media."

Click the "Print Settings" button in the center of the window and select the paper type that corresponds with the type of paper you just inserted into the printer. Click "OK" once you have made the adjustment.

Click "Print" at the bottom-right corner of the window.

If you are using a printer other than your computer's default printer, click the "Printer" drop-down menu at the top of the "Print" window to select a printer.
