Place the game into the game tray and turn on the video game system. Wait for the system to load and select "Play GTA IV" from the menu. The game then loads and you are taken to the "Start Menu." Select the "Downloadable Content" option to be taken to a menu displaying all the downloadable content available to add to the game.

Scroll through all the options and decide what mod you want to add to your game. When you make your selection, a prompt appears asking you to confirm your selection. Confirm your selection and select your hard drive as the memory device to store the download to. Once the download begins, a progress bar is displayed showing the progress of the transfer.
