How to Put a Quiz on the Side of Your Facebook Page
One of the benefits of using Facebook over other social networking websites is the number of applications, or "apps," available. Many of these are created by the Facebook team for users to enjoy, such as the photo and event applications. Others are user-created, and this is the case for most of the quizzes on Facebook. Most often, once you have participated in a quiz, a link will appear on the side of your profile page to allow other friends to take it, as well. If you do not see these links, your privacy settings need to be adjusted.

Go to your Facebook homepage. Find the menu of links in the upper right corner. Click on "accounts."

Notice that a drop-down menu appears. Select and click on "privacy settings." The page will refresh completely.

Scroll all the way down the page. Look at the left side of the screen for bold text that says "apps and websites." Click on the blue "edit your settings" link under this text.

Look at the first section of the new page which will list apps that you use. Click on the button directly to the right of this section to edit your settings. Find the quiz that you wish to display and click on the blue "edit" link.

Change the quiz properties so that it can access your profile. With this access, a display for the quiz will appear on the side of your profile page. Save the settings and return to your profile page to confirm that the link is there.
