  • 1 egg
  • Custard cup
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Additional seasonings, optional

      Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a custard cup.

      Crack an egg carefully into a custard cup.

      Season with a dash of salt and pepper.

      Pour 1 tbsp. of milk over the eggs.

      Place the custard cup in the oven for 12 to 14 minutes, based on how set you want the eggs to be. The whites should be solid and the yolk at least slightly thickened before serving.
