How to Do a Full Installation of Snow Leopard

The Mac OS X version 10.6 (widely just called "Snow Leopard") installation process is usually performed from the installation disc. Snow Leopard was released in 2009 and was a 64-bit makeover of the previous version of Mac OS X, version 10.5 Leopard. Snow Leopard also completed the transition from the PowerPC CPU architecture to the Intel CPU architecture inside Mac computers as Snow Leopard no longer supported PowerPC-based Macs. You can perform a full installation of Mac OS X Snow Leopard from the installation disc if you wish to reinstall the operating system.
