How to Get a Kyogrein in "Sapphire"
Kyroge is one of the Pokemon unique to the "Pokemon Sapphire" version of the "Sapphire/Ruby" Pokemon games. The Pokemon is a Water-type Legendary Pokemon and can only be caught once in the entire game. You cannot catch Kyroge the first time you encounter him in the Seafloor Cavern area. At first, the Pokemon simply yells at you and runs off. The second time you encounter him, however, you fight and capture the Pokemon.

Play through the game normally until you reach the point where Team Aqua awakens Kyroge from its sleep.

Travel to Mossdeep city after the lengthy scene in the underwater cavern. Make sure you have Pokemon with the "Surf," "Flash" and "Dive" abilities in your party.

Surf south and west of Mossdeep and look for a patch of white rocks surrounded by dark water. Approach the rocks and dive beneath the water.

Swim south until you find the cave entrance. Swim into the cave and surface to arrive in Sootopolis.

Enter the Sootopolis Gym and buy around 50 Ultra Balls from the attendant. You will need these to try and capture Kyroge.

Speak to the Gym Leader and enter the Cave of Origin when prompted. Save your game, then walk straight ahead to find Kyroge.

Enter a battle with Kyroge. Try to paralyze the Pokemon if possible, then attack it until its HP is in the red. Once you've knocked it down to almost no HP remaining, start using your Ultra Balls to try and capture it. Eventually one of the Ultra Balls will work, and you will have yourself a brand new Kyroge.
