How to Synchronize Picasa
Picasa and Picasa Web let you organize, edit, tag and share your photos both on your desktop and online. These two Google products are designed to work in tandem. You can upload and synchronize individual albums and folders of photos from the Picasa software on your desktop to your Picasa Web account. When you synchronize a Picasa folder or album, any changes you make to its photos on your computer will be automatically reflected in their online counterparts.
