How to Install a "Who Viewed My Profile"
With the popularity of social networking sites growing exponentially, the privacy and security of its users is growing as well. Facebook, MySpace and LinkedIn are some of the social networking sites available to use today. Facebook currently does not offer the "Who Viewed My Profile" application or setting. Other sites such as MySpace have applications that allow you to see who viewed your profile, but the person must be a member of the application's site. The only site with a true "Who Viewed My Profile" is LinkedIn.

Navigate to the LinkedIn site. Sign-in to your account. Click on the "Home" tab on the top of the window.

Click on the "Who's Viewed My Profile" link. The link shows the number of people that viewed your account for seven days.

Change your "Who's Viewed My Profile" settings. Click on your username on the top right of the window. Select the "Settings" option.

Click on the "Select what others see when you've viewed their profile" link in the "Privacy Controls" section.

Select "Your name and headline" to show your name, the position with your company name and location. Select "Anonymous profile characteristics" to view a page anonymously. Select "You will be totally anonymous" to have no record of visiting a page. Click on the "Save changes" button at the bottom of the window. You have now successfully installed all features of the "Who Viewed My Profile" feature.

Tips & Warnings
Facebook and MySpace do not offer a "Who Viewed My Profile" feature made for their sites. The ones available are third-party software companies. Never offer your real password to those sites.
