How to Block Mafia Wars Posts on Facebook

"Mafia Wars" is a free-to-play Facebook game available to all users of the site that allows you to take control of a virtual mafia. When you sign up for the game, you will be asked to allow posts on your wall. After allowing posts from "Mafia Wars" on your wall, you will see periodic messages from the game. Any unwanted posts may be blocked from being posted on your wall.

Instructions

1. Visit the main page of the Facebook website (see Resources).

2. Find the login form, located at the upper right of the page, and enter your email address and password into the corresponding fields. Click "Log In" to sign in to your account.

3. Scroll down your wall until you find a post by "Mafia Wars."

4. Hover your mouse over the post. A blue "X" will appear at the top right of the post.

5. Click the "X."

6. Click "Hide all by Mafia Wars."
