How to Create an Account for Nimbuzz

The Nimbuzz program launched in 2008. The program, designed for mobile phones, lets users make free calls and send instant messages using a number of IM clients. If you have the Nimbuzz application on your mobile phone, you'll need to create an account before you can use it. It's easiest to follow along on your PC browser, but you can also complete the sign-up process on your phone's mobile browser.

Instructions

1. Visit the Nimbuzz website and click on "New User" in the "Webchat" sidebar.

2. Click on the "Join" tab, and then enter your username, password, email address, country and mobile phone number.

3. Click on "Sign Up." You'll see a message letting you know the account creation was successful.

4. Select your instant messenger network(s) from the list, and then enter your usernames and passwords for those networks.

5. Enter the "Captcha" puzzle and click "Get SMS" to receive the download link via a text message.

Tips & Warnings

• You don't need to do this if you already have the Nimbuzz program on your phone.
