Clear away an area for your guests that leaves space for wine glasses, bottles and light hors d' oeuvres. Use decorations such as a table runner or table cloth. Add a large centerpiece such as a vase filled with decorative sticks. Use dark, rich colors to decorate your space such as burgundy, deep red, taupe and brown. Add colored place settings or napkins.

Use food and glasses to add to your décor. Set out enough glasses for each guest, plates for the snacks as well as the bottles of wine you'll taste. Coordinate the table settings with the serving dishes used for the table to tie everything together. Set out any specialty items such as trivia or note cards and guest favors.

Use old wine bottles filled with decorative sticks or a single flower to add the winery theme to your tablescape. Set out cards on a small index card with the name of each bottle of wine next to the corresponding bottle. Fill a large vase with old wine corks as an alternative if you have a collection of corks.

Print out your own wine bottle labels using your computer and printer. Attach the labels to a plain coaster found at your local home goods store. Prepare enough for each guest to have one as a party parting gift. Print their names on the label if you wish. Set each coaster at each guest's place setting. Set down a few clusters of grapes at each coaster to finish your look.
