How to Attract Boochi in "NeoPets"
Players who want a "Baby" Neopet, but do not have the neopoints for a paintbrush can still obtain the color by a visit from Boochi. The cute little Bruce travels around Neopia, zapping unsuspecting pets with his ray gun. The process always happens by random event and will not have any affect on a pet species that can not be painted "Baby." A visit from Boochi is not certain and relies purely on good luck.

Set your active pet to a species that has a "Baby" color option. Not every pet in Neopia can change to baby and Boochi will show no interest in such pets. Log in to your Neopets account and click your active pet. Select a pet and click the "Make Active" link on the drop-down menu. The "Rainbow Pool" in Neopia Central has a complete list of pets that have a "Baby" color option.

Log in to your account often to attract Boochi. Neopets random events happen many times each day and players who are active in their accounts are more likely to gain a visit from the little pet.

Play games that increase your chances of a random event. Any game that requires a player to refresh the page often are likely to spark random events, possibly prompting a visit from Boochi.
