How to Make Bath Rag Rabbits
Bath rag rabbits can be made from wash cloths in a couple of minutes. Use them to embellish bath product gift baskets or baby shower gifts. They make great, practical Easter bunny gifts and a chocolate egg fits perfectly into the body. You can also use them as 'boo boo' bunnies. Wet them and place them in the freezer. When your kids fall down, take out the frozen boo boo bunny and apply to the afflicted area to reduce swelling.

1
Place the wash cloth on a flat working surface. Fold it diagonally in half so that it forms a triangle. Roll it up from the long side so that it looks like a long tube.
-
2
Fold the tube in half. Fold it in half the other way so that the two loose points are over the bend. Wrap the rubber band around the tube about 1/3 from the side opposite the two loose ends and the bend in the tube. Tie ribbons around the rubber band to hide it.Lay it flat with the loose ends on top.

3
Pull up the two loose ends to make ears. The bend will lay flat and is the bunny's body. The front portion in front of the ribbon will be the head.
-
4
Sew or glue the googly eyes onto the rag in front of the ribbon to make a face. Glue or sew on the small pink pompom as a nose. Glue or sew the big white pompom onto the back of the bend.

Tips & Warnings
The loop where the wash cloth bends can hold chocolate eggs at Easter or soaps for gift baskets.
You can still use the wash cloth, just undo the ribbons and take off the elastic band. Now you have a washcloth with a face and tail.
