How to Broil Meat on an Element Grill
The Element grill from Fuego has a modernist design, a compact size and a special heating system that allows for both direct and indirect cooking via a set of concentric gas jets. The indirect setting best suits thick cuts of meat, as it allows the interior of the steak to finish at the same time as the exterior. The Element broils thin cuts of meat in minutes at the direct-heat setting, searing the exterior while bringing the interior up to your ideal serving temperature. Element grills use standard LP tanks and require little maintenance other than proper cleaning. Does this Spark an idea?
