      Visit Roxy Ramrocket and buy the exhaust pipe from her. Roxy lives in the base camp of K3 near the southern tip of the Storm Peaks. If you have accomplished all prerequisites, she will sell engineers several parts, including the elementium-plated exhaust pipe, allowing to build the mechanical mounts. Roxy can also teach experienced riders the Cold Weather Flying ability for 1,000 gold.
