How to Hide YouTube Dates

You can prevent people from seeing your YouTube event dates.

If you are a performer and have a channel on YouTube, you can show videos on your YouTube channel and post information about your upcoming event dates, so fans will know when you will be performing in a location near them. In the case of an emergency or if you aren't sure you can fulfill certain dates, you may need to temporarily hide them. Hiding the dates saves you from having to delete these events and then type them back in when you're more certain of your schedule.

Instructions

1. Launch your Web browser on your computer, navigate to the YouTube website and sign into your YouTube account.

2. Click the name of your account at the top of the page.

3. Click "Channels."

4. Click the "Modules" tab at the top of the page.

5. Click the "Event Dates" check box to deselect it.

6. Click "Save Changes." Your event dates are now hidden.
