How to Crochet Stars
Allow your creative imagination and skills to kick into high gear and crochet several stars, using different yarn colors and weights. Work up some crocheted stars using crochet thread and steel crochet hooks rather than yarn and aluminum or plastic crochet hooks. Whether you are making stars for a Fourth of July celebration, Christmas ornaments, gift embellishments or as accents for accessories, these little stars will add visual interest. To crochet these stars, you should be comfortable crocheting in the round and using several different stitches in the same item.

Tips & Warnings
As you work on the star, try to work each stitch a bit loosely so you have room to maneuver the crochet hook into and out of each stitch.
