How to Set Controls on an ST90 Joystick
The ST90 is a joystick created by Saitek and designed for personal computers. It is a quite basic controller, consisting of a movable throttle stick and a trigger button. Connect the joystick to a free USB port on your computer. Wait for the "Found New Hardware" notification to appear -- this signifies that the device has been installed.

Click the "Start" button and open "Control Panel." Open "Printers and Other Hardware," then double-click the "Game Controllers" icon.

Select "Saitek ST90" in the game controller's window to open a settings window for the device.
