How to Get a Painting in the Exhibit in "Pokemon Sapphire"
"Pokemon Sapphire" is an adventure video game available for the Gameboy Advance video game system. In 'Pokemon Sapphire" you can have a Pokemon of your choosing painted and put on display in an exhibit. To have your Pokemon painted, you must first complete the master rank beauty contest. In the contest, your Pokemon will be ranked by a panel of judges and given a score over five turns.

Travel to Slateport City. If you are having difficulty finding Slateport City, consult the world map.

Walk into the Pokemon Fan Club.

Speak to the man in the center of the room and he will give you a blue scarf.

Equip the blue scarf to your Milotic Pokemon. This will increase his beauty stat.

Speak to the man behind the counter inside the Pokemon Fan Club and enter Milotic in the beauty contest.

Use rain dance in the first stage of the contest.

Use surf in the second stage of the contest.

Use hail for the third stage of the beauty contest.

Use ice beam for the fourth stage of the contest.

Use Surf for the fifth and final stage of the contest. When you win the contest you will see a painting of Milotic on display in the exhibit.
