How Do I Sync Faces With Contacts in Picasa? thumbnail
Contact thumbnails help you remember which names go with which faces.

Picasa is a Google-owned photo management software product. It's designed to work in tandem with Google's other products, such as Google Contacts. Picasa's face recognition feature automatically detects faces in your photos and lets you tag them with names and contact information, which are then stored to your Google contacts. Your Google contacts feature thumbnails of their faces for visual reference. A quick way to populate all of your Google contacts with thumbnails is to sync the thumbnails of the people you've tagged in Picasa.
