How to Get to the Observation Deck in Fallout 3
"Fallout 3: Mothership Zeta" is an add-on pack for the original "Fallout 3" game where you are abducted by aliens and taken to their mothership. You must access the Observation Deck at a key point in the game to reveal the aliens's plans to destroy the Earth using their lethal death ray. You'll have to take a walk in space to get to the observation deck.

Equip your spacesuit. Activate the nearby switch after talking to Sally the Salmon to enter the decompression chamber.

Walk through the doors and head up the stairs. Go through the main hatch and you will find yourself on the outside of the ship. Stay on the ship and walk carefully so you do not fall off the edge of the flying saucer.

Turn on the three panels and move into the center of the saucer; you will be beamed into another decompression chamber.

Press the switch to decompress and head out of the chamber via the hatch; you are now on the Observation Deck.
