How to Connect to LinkedIn From Chrome

LinkedIn is a social networking site focused on helping people make professional connections. The website allows you to create a profile containing a professional biography, work history and list of accomplishments, and link yourself to coworkers or others in your industry. The website is compatible with any Web browser, including Google's Chrome browser.

Instructions

1. Click "Start" and select "All Programs." Click "Google Chrome" and then click "Google Chrome" again to launch the browser.

2. Click the address bar at the top of the browser window and press "Ctrl" and "A" simultaneously to highlight the text. Press "Backspace" on your keyboard to delete the text.

3. Type the LinkedIn URL -- www.LinkedIn.com -- in the address bar and press "Enter" to navigate to the LinkedIn website.

Tips & Warnings

• If LinkedIn isn't displaying correctly for you, you may need to update Chrome. If an update is available, it will be indicated by a green arrow next to the wrench icon; to install it, click the wrench icon and select "Update Google Chrome."
