How to Cut Warm Cake
The aroma of a baking cake fills the house. It's finally out of the oven, cooled a bit and time to eat. Warm cake crumbles easily, so cutting it requires careful attention. Hold the knife at a 45 degree angle with the tip in the cake.

Slowly lower your hand to push the knife into the cake.

Make small, sawing motions as you move the knife through the cake.

Slide the spatula under the piece and lift it from the pan.
