How to Get to the Slayer Master in Canifis in "RuneScape"
Slayer, one of the 22 trainable skills in the online game "RuneScape," involves killing a predetermined number of particular monsters. You start a Slayer task by speaking with a Slayer Master. "RuneScape" is home to seven Slayer Masters, each assigning Slayer tasks of increasing difficulty. The Canifis Slayer Master, Mazchna, assigns lower level monsters for "RuneScape" players with a combat level 20 or higher. Getting to Canifis is complicated at first, but after completing the Priest in Peril quest, you can return to Canifis at any time by a few different routes.

1
Travel to the Varrock Palace and talk to King Ronald to start the Priest in Peril quest. Go to the temple northwest of Varrock and make holy water with Drezel to save the temple from the Vampire. Bring a Bucket and 50 Rune Essence with you to complete the quest.

2
Go to the basement of the temple and walk to the eastern part of the Basement. Talk to Drezel to get a Wolfbane Dagger. Walk through the door to go outside. Walk to the east along the trail -- beware of the high-level Werewolves who might attack you. Equipping the Wolfbane Dagger prevents the townspeople of Canifis from transforming into high-level Werewolves.

Continue walking straight through the three-way intersection, and you will reach Canifis shortly after. Walk along the path to the northeast part of the city to find Mazcha, the Canifis Slayer Master. Identify him by looking for a character with green clothing and red skin.

Tips & Warnings
The fastest way to Canifis is teleporting with the Ancient Spellbook, two Law Runes and one Blood Rune, but this requires the completion of both the Priest in Peril and Desert Treasure quests.
Another way to get to Canifis is by boat -- after the completion of the Priest in Peril quest. Walk to Port Sarim and find the docks. Board a charter ship to Port Phasmatys for 650 gold pieces (gp). Walk west from Port Phasmatys along the trail to reach Canifis. Meet the Slayer Master on the trail as you enter Canifis from the northwest.
Complete the Ghosts Ahoy quest, receiving the Ectophial as a reward. Use the Ectophial to teleport to Ectofuntus, just north of Port Phasmatys, and walk west along the trail to Canifis.
