How to Import HTML Email Signature Files
If you are moving your contacts to another computer, whether you are upgrading to a new version of Outlook or using the same version, you can import your HTML signatures. You may also want to update HTML signatures you created on an older version of Outlook so they incorporate CSS, preventing potential problems when you use them in messages.

1
Plug an external hard drive into an open USB port on your old computer and allow it to be recognized.
-
2
Click "Start," enter "%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures" into the search box and press "Enter." Hold down the "Ctrl" key and click each of the signature files in the window to highlight them, then press "Ctrl-C" to copy the files.
-
-
3
Open the mounted external hard drive in another file browser window. Right-click inside the window and click "Paste"; alternatively, you can press "Ctrl-V" to paste the information.
-
4
Close the file browser window. Right-click the mounted external hard drive on your desktop and click "Unmount" or "Eject." Allow the hard drive to unmount.
-
5
Repeat Steps 1-3 on the new computer, but copy the signature files from the external hard drive to the "%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures" folder.
-
6
Launch the Outlook email client from the Start menu on the new computer. Click "File," then "Options," then "Mail" and click "Signatures" under "Compose Messages." This opens the "Signatures and Stationery" window. Click a signature file in the list labeled "Select signature to edit." Click anywhere in the box labeled "Edit signature" and press the "Save" button. Repeat this process with each signature file you imported from the old computer to ensure they all work properly.
