How to Disinfect Germs on a Laptop
Just like any other surface, your laptop accumulates bacteria and germs that require a disinfectant routine. It's important to remove the germs from your laptop in a way that causes no damage to the laptop's surface or any of the electrical components. Use a few common items to easily clean your laptop and kill germs without damaging it in any way.

Dust off the laptop with a cleaning rag to remove loose dust.

Wipe down the laptop with alcohol-based electronics wipes. These are available at electronics stores and are designed to clean the entire laptop surface including the laptop screen.

Wrap the edge of a wipe around a cotton swab and rub gently between keyboard keys to remove any additional bacteria from the hard-to-reach areas.

Let the laptop air dry before turning on.
