How to Install a Speedometer in "Grand Theft Auto IV"
"Grand Theft Auto IV" takes place in the fictitiously named "Liberty City," which is strongly based on New York City. Liberty City is large and interactive, and the gameplay allows you to walk around and enjoy the scenery while deciding when you want to take on a mission. "Grand Theft Auto IV" offers a wide range of vehicles -- from minivans to sports cars -- to use when exploring the city. When your character is driving, the game does not have a speedometer. Fortunately, one can be added to the computer version of "Grand Theft Auto IV" by downloading and installing a mod.
