How Do I Catch Trout Using Power Bait?
Powerbait is an extruded artificial fishing bait, normally found in the form of a paste or small balls, and in many different colors. It is an excellent bait for catching a variety of fish from bluegill and crappie to trout. Trout are finicky fish. They have great eyesight and will not bite if they see the line, so a 4-pound test line is the maximum size recommended if trout are what you are after. The color of the Powerbait might make a difference too, so have several colors on hand. If the fish are not biting one color try switching to another until you find the one they prefer.
