BlackBerry Messenger, or BBM, is an instant messaging program that allows BlackBerry users to send messages to other BlackBerry users. If you do not use the program or you no longer want it installed on your Tour, removing BBM will free up a little bit of memory for other applications. The procedure for deleting BBM depends on which software version is installed on your BlackBerry Tour.

Press the "Menu" key, which is located to the left of the trackball, to bring up the main screen.
