Charizard is a powerful Pokemon introduced in the first Pokemon games (Red and Blue). Appearing in every subsequent game, Charizard is able to release potent fire attacks that are difficult for grass-type and normal-type Pokemon to withstand. In Pokemon FireRed, Charizard can be accessed if the player selects Charmander as its starting Pokemon. After increasing the Pokemon to level 36, it will become a Charizard.
