Visit Auctiva's homepage. Log in to your Auctiva account using the "Log In" link found in the upper-right portion of the screen.

Click the "My Account" tab found among the menu options shown toward the top.

Click "Cancel Account" from the "Manage" section on the ensuing page. Auctiva may subsequently prompt you with its main features and pricing plans in an effort to keep you as an active member. Click "No Thanks, I Still Want to Cancel."
