How to Import Ofx Into Quicken 2008
As of June 2011, Quicken moved from supporting the QIF to OFX file format for importing your important financial data. The new format is more versatile and works with Quicken 2005 up to the current version, including Quicken 2008. Importing the OFX file works in the same manner as the old QIF imports.

Launch the Quicken 2008 program from your desktop.

Click the "File" menu, select "Import" and click "QIF File." Browse for the OFX file on the computer.

Select the financial account from the "Quicken Account to Import Into" drop-down menu. Click the "Next" button.

Click the "Accept All" button under the "Downloaded Transactions" tab. This will add all the transactions from the OFX file to your account register at once.
